These are things expected of each person who trains with the club.

This listing is for the Fall session - Tentative Start date for this block of classes is:

• Friday January 17 @ 3:15pm, extending until March 14. Each class runs 50-60 minutes in length.
• Some class dates may change, based off gymnasium/school schedule.

Winter - One Session (only one semester is currently on offer).

• Each semester of classes will run for a few months.
